Terms of Service

Use Junqi Arena in accordance with these terms and the laws that apply to you. If your local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain that permission before using the relevant features. These terms do not replace any consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Casual play is available without an account. Account features require the information requested during registration. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and do not impersonate another person or access someone else's account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Do not exploit bugs, manipulate ranked results, collude to distort competition, or use unauthorized automation. Built-in bot opponents are part of the game.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or share another person's private information without permission.
• Do not distribute unlawful content, malicious links, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with other players' access.

You are responsible for the names, messages, and other content you submit. Submit only content you have the right to share. You retain your rights in that content and allow Junqi Arena and its service providers to store, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the game and its communication features. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat.

Online matches may be recorded for match history, rankings, and replays. Archived replay links can be viewed without signing in and may show player names, results, moves, and formations. A private room does not guarantee that an archived replay is private. Scores and match records can be affected by connection problems, errors, and corrections. The Privacy Policy explains the information involved.

Playing Junqi Arena is free. Optional support payments are processed through Stripe. Unless the payment page expressly states otherwise, support does not purchase an in-game advantage or guarantee continued availability. All voluntary support payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. For payment errors, contact contact@junqionline.com.

The site's original code, text, artwork, and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of those materials. Junqi Arena does not claim ownership of the traditional game of Junqi or its traditional rules. Any separately licensed material remains subject to its own license.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions, maintenance, errors, and changes may occur. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or preservation of every match or local save. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. You can contact us about a restriction or a service problem. Nothing here limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date. Any notice or agreement required by applicable law will be handled accordingly. Contact us if you have questions about a revision or how these terms apply to your use of the game.
