• Accounts: email address, username, account identifier, password hash, and account and session records. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
• Guests: display names, guest identifiers, and cookies used to recognize guest room and chat sessions.
• Game activity: room settings, moves, results, scores, saved formations, match history, and archived replays where those features are used.
• Chat: message text, display name, player identifier, account status, and message timestamps and identifiers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser information, session information, and operational or error logs used to run and protect the service.
• Contact and support: information you send by email and information made available to us in connection with an optional support payment, such as transaction details and payer information.

We use information to operate accounts and guest sessions, deliver multiplayer and chat, save formations, maintain match histories and rankings, display replays, send password-reset emails, respond to requests, handle support payments, and investigate errors or abuse. If you choose not to provide information needed for a feature, that feature may be unavailable; guest play does not require an account email address.

Your display name and relevant game information are visible to other players through rooms, chat, rankings, and replays. Lobby chat is visible to people who access that chat; room messages are available to authorized room chat participants. Archived replay links are accessible without signing in and may reveal player names, results, and full game moves and formations. Private room settings do not make an archived replay private. Do not put information you want to keep private in a display name or message.

Cookies support sign-in and guest identity. Sign-in access cookies expire after about 15 minutes; refresh-session cookies and guest room and chat identity cookies last up to 30 days and may be renewed. Browser storage remembers preferences such as language, sound, display name, saved formations, and read updates. Local storage has no fixed automatic expiry. You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser, but doing so may sign you out, interrupt guest rejoining, or remove local preferences and formations.

We use external service providers to support these features:

• Hosting and service operation: processing account, session, technical, and game information.
• Chat: delivering messages and related player identity information.
• Service emails: processing your email address and information needed to deliver password-reset messages.
• Optional payments: processing payment and billing information through an external payment page.

Account information and archived match records currently have no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Signing out, closing a room, or letting a cookie expire does not delete all associated server records. Chat and infrastructure logs are also subject to the relevant service providers' retention settings. Local browser data remains until you remove it or your browser clears it. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion.

Email contact@junqionline.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or personal data. Requests are handled manually, and we may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity. We review shared match and replay records as part of a request and explain any information that must be retained or other applicable limitations. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. There is currently no self-service account deletion control.

The service uses measures including password hashing and protected session cookies to help safeguard information. No online service can eliminate every security risk. Keep your password private and contact us if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.

If applicable law requires a parent or guardian's permission for a child's use or personal-data processing, that permission is required. A parent or guardian can contact us with a question or a request concerning a child's information. Avoid sharing a child's personal information in public names or chat messages.
